Chocolate cream

Ingredients:-3 eggs-5 spoonfuls of chocolate in powder-1/4 litres of milk-100g of butter-2 spoonfuls of cornflour-8 spoonfuls of powdered sugar
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
Put them in a glass.
Dissolve the chocolate in the milk.
Put all in a bowl, except the butter. Stir.
Put the pot in the fire and remove.
Add the butter during the first 5 minutes. Then stir for 1 or 2 more minutes and move it away.
