Undergraduate Admission Programs Spring-2019

GUIDELINE FOR APPLYING ONLINE

1. Access CUVAS official website www.cuvas.edu.pk

2. Go to admission 2019 web portal and click ADMISSION OPEN - 2019

3. REGISTER to create an account for applying online, enter the required credentials

and click submit. Your account will be created to apply online.

4. Use your CNIC and Password to login

5. Instruction for online admission will be open, please read all the instruction carefully

and click on “I AGREE” button

6. First link contains the FAQs for your assistance.

7 After reviewing instructions, click the Personal Info and fill all relevant information

carefully.

Press “Save and Next”, then proceed to next section.

8. Provide the educational information.

Click on “save & Next” button.

9. Provide the Quota information. (optional) only if student belongs to any quota like

Cholistan etc, open merit is selected by default.

10. Enter the academic information. The applicant can apply in more than one-degree

program.

If the applicant is interested to apply in only one degree/ program, he/she will have to

pay only Rs. 200/- admission/processing fee.

In case, the applicant is interested to apply in more than one degree program, then he/she

need to pay additional Rs. 200/- for each degree program,.

Moreover, applicants applying against sports quota will al so have to pay additional

Rs200/.

Your selection in preference/priority in admission seeking degree programs is vital and

will be considered final.

11. Click on REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION to review it Application Form will be

open.

12. In case you find any information incorrect, edit incorrect information before

final submission of your application by clicking on Edit in respective section.

13. If all provided information is correct, submit your application Click on Submit

Online Application.

Be careful, review your application critically and be sure that you have applied in

the desired disciplines, once application submitted it will be not editable in any case.

14. Take a print of ADMISSION FORM, CHALLAN and CHECK LIST one by one.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Online application does not mean that your application is included in the current session.

You are required to send your printed Application Form, Paid Challan and other required

documents to the admission office, till 08-04-2019 during university timings. Otherwise,

your application will not be considered for admission in any case.

15. Submit your admission-processing fee in any branch of HBL Pakistan.

16. Attach following documents mentioned in the checklist along with your application.

17. Candidates are required to submit Printed Copy / Hard Copy of the Admission Form

along with Original Paid Bank Challan as well as other supporting documents during

office hours on or before 08-04-2019 to the following address:
