Obtained by dosing wisely the structure of Pinot with the Chardonnay refinement, golden yellow coloured and complex bouquet, with a persistent smoothy and creamy foam; refined and elegant perlage. A very intense aroma with enjoyable vanilla, yeast and ripe fruit scents. Complex, well-balanced, dense and structured on the palate. Well supported by a vivacious acidity, has a long finish, rich and persistent taste. Produced by Fratelli Gancia from Canelli (AT).

Obtained from grapes whose vineyards are

differently situated on the hills around the farm. Straw yellow coloured, refined and elegant with fruity and elaborate taste, over time the bouquet becomes dry hay and toasted almonds scented. Produced by Villa Russiz di Capriva del Friuli (GO).

At the sight the wine is ruby red coloured with intense reflections of garnet red. it is limpid, brilliant and of a nice texture. With intense and elaborate aroma ranging from small red and black berries like plums, current and blackberry perfume to violet flower notes, rose hip and vanilla spices. Finally some hints

reminding of roasted caffè , cocoa and tobacco. The wine has a warm and soft taste well-balanced with good acidity, pleasant and engaging tanning. The final taste is long and persistent with soft fruity scents. Produced by Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi at Tenuta di Castel Giocondo in Montalcino (Si).

The Moscato rosa wine is cultivated in Egna, in a particulary ventilated area at an altitude of 250 mt. After aging in bottle for at least 6 months , the aroma becames very intense with recalls of rose, cloves and orange peel scents, on the palate has an

The minimum value of order accepted is € 250 (net of shipping cost). Orders from abroad are accepted with payment before shipping (iBAN iT 98 W 08689 36150 000010011912 BiC SWiFT CCRTiT2T92A). The company retains the possibility to apply different payment methods, if previously arranged. A late payment allows the company to apply the default interests relating to the period of time elapsing between the date on invoice and the actual date of payment, whereby the interest rate will be the ones applied by the italian bank system. A late payment also allows the company to stop the fulfilling of further running orders.

Orders have to placed solely in the written form. We will not accept phone orders. Only orders which have been clearly accepted are also going to be dealt with.

Prices of “Menu of the day” include packaging in paperboard box with Strenne Gambero Rosso logo. Prices of “Menù a la carte” - food&wine and grappa sections are to be considered net of packaging cost (€ 2,00 for each box); standard packaging is in paperboard box with Strenne Gambero Rosso logo; price of additional packaging in cylindrical paperboard box containing 1 bottle, with Strenne Gambero Rosso logo, is € 2,00 for each one.

The prices are FOB our wharehouse in Rome/Mogliano Veneto (TV). T/T before delivery.

covert damages

Only in case the addressee accepts the shipment “with reservation”, it is possibile to take charge of eventual complaints regarding failure or breaking

of items. The Customer will have to bring evidence of the damage within two (2) working days from the date of delivery. Complaints which do not follow an

acceptance “with reservation” will not be accepted. Should the Customer receive items which are not conform, the company will provide the Customer with a substitute as soon as the

non-conform items have been returned.

delivery

Delivery takes 8-10 working days from from order confirmation and payment. The company is free to decide whether to accept an order or refuse it, and to postpone the delivery in case of force majeure.

options

The company reserves the right, in agreement with the customer, to replace the items are no longer available with others of equal quantity and value.
