WARM HOLIDAY WISHES FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Well, we are in the homestretch of 2019 - we’ve seen a lot of very positive things around the club and among our membership; we thank each of you for your participation and encouragement. The staff are all preparing for a very busy December in the Club; we are ahead of last years’ number of parties booked - great for the Club, unfortunately not always convenient for all members! Please check the calendar for days that we will be closed for business to accommodate the private parties. We apologize for any inconvenience. I just want to take a minute to praise the Club’s food and beverage side of the house. I’m sure you have noticed the many new and delicious menu offerings Chef Calvin has been introducing this year. If you haven’t been out to the club lately you are missing out on a wonderful opportunity to show off your Club to friends and peers. Many of you have mentioned that you appreciate the improved service the waitstaff has worked hard on. It’s been a tough but fun learning experience that they willingly demonstrate at every service. As for the past month we continue to have great success with the Thursday Two for $26 menu; dining has picked up significantly on these nights. We also are enjoying an upswing in member participation on weekends due to the great weekend specials Chef Calvin has been offering. We will continue to develop new and exciting items for the members to choose from and welcome any suggestions you’d like us to consider. We have a couple of special events to mention in December. On Saturday, December 7th at 12:00 bring all the kiddos out to decorate their own Gingerbread House to take home. The cost of $19.75 covers all the supplies needed. Class is limited so RSVP soon. P.S. Santa may stop by so bring your cameras! Then, on Tuesday, December 10th, starting at 5:30 PM we will have Casper Country Club Ladies Night! Bring a wrapped gift valued between $15- $20 for the gift exchange. Guests are welcome so bring a friend along, let down your hair and enjoy some “me time” with friends. A limited menu will be available. New tabletops and chairs will be arriving in January for the downstairs casual dining area. If anyone would like to donate any amount to the “Furniture Fund”, please contact me or Alena. In preparation for the upcoming 2020 season, we would like to notify every member of our 2020 Pre-paid dues incentive package. We will offer an incentive to every membership category for pre-payment of annual dues. Please call the administration office and ask for me or speak with Alena for complete details. The Club will be closed the first 16 days in January for cleaning and repairs. We will re-open for dinner on January 17th and hope to see you all in the New Year! The entire Staff joins me in wishing you all a wonderful and blessed holiday season!

November Ladies’ Night
Our ladies had a wonderful time making
scarecrow centerpieces at the November

setting and crafted unique and festive
scarecrows out of wine bottles.
