Join other liturgists and liturgical musicians from across the Diocese in preparing for Advent and Christmas in our parishes! The day will feature presentations and discussions on practical considerations for these seasons of the liturgical year as well as their overarching theological elements in order to be prepared to enter into these celebrations, with topics including:

- Foundations of Advent & Christmas- Parish Liturgical Catechesis & Rites for Advent & Christmas- Planning Arts & Environment for Advent/Christmas- Advent / Christmas Music Read-Through- Ritual Demo: RCIA Combined Rite of Acceptance / Welcoming - Understanding the Year of Mercy- Navigating the Ordo / Calendar for the New Liturgical Year- Roundtable Discussion: Music Ministry Recruitment in the New Year - Roundtable Discussion: Hospitality Ministry in the Christmas Season

And passive opportunities including: - Liturgical Books / Annual Editions / Hymnal Samples- Resource Sharing (bring along materials/music you no longer use to share with others)
