TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Students need to be given choice and a voice in the classroom. The teacher is a facilitator- the classroom should revolve around student needs and learning.
Producing students who can think critically and make decisions for themselves.
Producing students who take responsibility for their own actions and choices.
