The south end of the garden is a paddock which has been a real asset; we’ve had many a game of badminton out there.”

“In my mind the setting really couldn’t be more perfect,” says Anna. “The local schools are amazing, with a choice of grammars in Aylesbury and an outstanding local comprehensive in Waddesdon. We can walk to the beautiful countryside around the Waddesdon Estate from our back door. There is high end shopping in Bicester Village and all the amenities of Aylesbury a short car journey away.
