I greet you, ever-blessed Virgin, Mother of God, throne of
grace, miracle of almighty power!
I greet you, sanctuary of the Most Holy Trinity
and Queen of the Universe,
Mother of mercy and refuge of sinners! Hail Mary,….
Most loving Mother, attracted by your beauty
and sweetness, and by your tender compassion,
I confidently turn to you, miserable as I am,
and beg of you to obtain for me of your dear Son,
the favors I request in this novena. Hail Mary,….
Obtain for me also, Queen of Heaven,
the most lively contrition for my many sins
and the grace to imitate closely those virtues
which you practiced so faithfully, especially humility, purity,
and obedience. Above all, I beg you to be my mother and
protectress, to receive me into the number of your devoted
children, and to guide me from your high throne of glory.
Hail Mary,….

Our Totus Tuus program has been thriv-
ing and growing the past several years,
and we know much of that is due to the
wonderful team members we’ve been
able to recruit. We also know that young
men and women say “yes” to serving on a
Totus Tuus team most often because
they were personally invited by a former
team member or someone for whom the
program has had a positive influence.
We need help recruiting some great team members for the
coming summer. If you know of faithful, energetic, creative
college-age men and women whom you think would be
good for the job, please warmly invite them to apply at:
www.comeandfollowme.org/totustuus/team
Our application deadline is February 1st. If you have
questions, contact Amy Chovan at [email protected] or
(309) 671-1550, or Fr. Tim Hepner at [email protected].

There will be a free group Introductory Session for the
Creighton Model System on Wednesday, January 9th at
7:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Parish Center. The Creighton
Model System is medically standardized, the first of its
kind to network family planning with reproductive health. It
can be used by married couples to achieve, avoid, or
space pregnancies, or by any woman to monitor her health.
In conjunction with its related women's health science of
NaProTECHNOLOGY, it offers a fertility-care rather than
fertility-control based approach to medical evaluation and
treatment, and offers new hope to couples struggling with
infertility. Visit www.cufertilitycare.org for more information
or to register for the session.
