In November the Ingá church cleared a major hurdle towards seeing the new building become a reality. Recently, the city approved the blueprints with numerous changes and modifications during the nearly three year process. The building program will expand the existing auditorium and add an additional floor for classrooms. Please pray as we return to Brazil in December to resume construction. Our people have given sacrificially towards the inicial stages of construction. Please pray with us concerning the many needs with this work!

The last two months on furlough, we were allowed to preach in sixteen churches, six missions conferences, three Bible colleges and one women’s prison. What a blessing to be with God’s people, seeing many decisions, as we travel. We’re ready to return to Brazil, where we can get back to a routine! In December we have our BIMI Candidate School and return to Brazil on the 7th. Please pray for our trip!

The “Trump of the Tropics” is the nickname given to Brazil’s newly elected president, Jair Messias Bolsonaro. The first conservative, after nearly 30 years under liberal socialism. Of the four other

presidents who preceded him, there were two impeached and third is in prison for corruption. With very little

He is said to be backed by the three “B”s; Beef, Bible and Bullets. Or farmers, Christians and military. At his acceptance speech, Bolsonaro held up a Bible and read Jn. 8:32 “ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”.
