Guidelines

At Least Two Weeks Prior to Scheduled MoveAdministrators should decide which CIM 2.0 issue notebooks and working groups should be transferred to CIM 3.0.

Administrators should provide a list to CARES of all the issue notebooks and working groups that should not be moved to CIM 3.0. Email list to Beth

Clean out Issue Notebooks that will be transferred 

Guidelines

Working GroupsWorking Group Administrators should delete any issue notebooks or content that should not be transferred to CIM 3.0.

Each Issue Notebook in the Working Group will be transferred to CIM 3. 0 as an Issue Workspace.  If you would like to consolidate all the issue notebooks into one issue workspace in CIM 3.0, please let CARES know at least two weeks prior to your scheduled move. 

Guidelines

At Least One Week Prior (Can start now)

Administrators should start adding content and photos to their CIM Partner home page in CIM 3.0.

If possible, administrators should use the “share issue” interface located in the Issue Workspace to create one public issue for their CIM Partner homepage.

Beth will be available to help/provide resources.
