The REN TV, one of the most important Russian TV, transmitted, onJanuary 15th 2013, a very interesting and long (1 hour and 37') transmissionabout Astrology.

About a dozen Russian colleagues and 3-4 astrologers of the world outof Russia, have illustrated some topics of the Art of Urania.

Dear Mr. Discepolo,A few days ago –and a few days before my birthday - I decided to have

a look at my 2013 Solar Return chart. It would be just for fun, since I hadnever been occupied with this field of Astrology.

It showed a stellium of planets spanning from Aquarious to Pisces in12th/1st houses.

To my surprise, the SR ASC was the same as my natal, and so wasMercury, together with a powerful (that was my initial thought!) Mars righton SR ASC. Wow, I said, it’s going to be an awesome year!

It was after googling “Solar return ASC same as natal”, that I cameacross your website and your work on Solar Returns, where, not only Ilearnt that this is normal for a 33-year old birthday, but also that I am aboutto experience a very bad year..

Then I tried to overview my past SR. Some years were indeed worsethan others: 1992, 2001, 2004, 2008, 2012.

What they had all in common, was SR Mars in angular SR houses, and3 of them (2004,2008,2012) had as ASC the sign of my natal MC.

Then, following your advice, I casted a few more charts changing the

reference place, but unfortunately there seems no chance in Europe.I think New York seems promising, although I’m not sure I can afford

such a trip at the moment.Thus I decided to contact you and, if I am lucky, to hear your opinion on

how crucial this SR is and if I definitely have to move myself for birthday.I also wonder if the 20-days prior to SR is representative of the following

year: I’ve been having some light health issues, but it could also be due totransit Mars in house 12, right?

Dear Gina,actually your Aimed Solar Return in the place where you live is

very bad.Now I will give you some advices: you can follow them or to think about

them with your no-experience.In the second case, I think you make serious mistakes because you have

only a few days to go and you can not compensate the difference in experiencein this field between you and me.

If you want read some of my more than 70 books that you point outbelow, but if you try to "correct" the 34 rules of my "Transits and SolarReturns" within February 10, I'm afraid you will take a very bad year.

So I advise you to stay at home or to follow without further discussionsmy advices.

I am leaving for a Aimed Lunar Return of mine in New York and I cannot give you a summary of 43 years of practice in a few hours. My advice isto have to go to Saint John's, Newfoundland, Canada, OAG airport codeYYT, a flight of about six hours from London.

You'll have to find you there on the night between 8 and 9 February andyou can also come back the 9 morning, at sunrise.

One of my 34 rules says that the 20 days before and after your birthdayare full of extraordinary events, positive and negative, but their meaningsare those of the ASR that is running and not those of the future ASR.

Dear Ciro,I booked everything for my travel, but now I don't know if I still want to

go there.If I would change the route to Izmir, Turkey, how would my year be?Have to admit that, I'm looking with distrust at Uranus in 12, Pluto on

MC and Saturn on 7th. Are these terrifying positions?Can they be exorcised?Thank you!Georgiana

Also, what do you think about Van in Turkey? Is the combination ASRin 8th house with Mars in 11th dangerous?

I was considering to redo the surgery of the maxilla as my bite still isputting me in pain. Also, want to concentrate more on a possible musiccareer. This is something I am trying to do for some years. Which of thesecharts (Van, Izmir, Guane) are best for my intentions.

I don't know if I have these second thoughts because of my current LRor because I distrust a Guane format of chart with lots of planets on 2ndhouse and nothing special linked to my 10th. I have been planning this formatfor Montreal because there I had a perfect conjunction of Jupiter to the 7th,so I was hoping to mend my relationship situation and protect thepartnership.But now there is an imperfect conjunction.And this last monthhas made me realize that I am not so dependent on a relationship and that Ineed myself more than ever. I need to remember to myself who I am andwhat I want.

In my opinion this fact is throwing you in a panic and your Turkishalternative choices are very bad.

I advise you to have to go to Guane because Jupiter glued toDescendant helps you to love, but also helps to relations with the law,relationships with others, to get a higher audience, is good for health,for work, for labor relations ...

I know that now you will torture yourself yet, but my advice is totrust me and to go away from thee the project to have a next AimedSolar Return perfect or beautiful. In your case all that money in 2ndHouse will almost certainly get you in and you can also obtain someimprovements in your look.
