(18-0014) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase from Cascade CartSolutions, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, 9,440 96-gallon refuse containers and 1,870 96-gallonrecycle containers for a total amount of $593,135.46, with an estimated expenditure of$79,084.72 in FY2017-18. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement withthe Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC). The containers will be used inthe City’s automated collection program.
2. (18-0116) Ordinance closing, abandoning and vacating 1.21 acre tract of public right-of-way,portion out of Moores Independence Acres, Block 2, Lots 2A and 2B, a map of which is recorded in Volume 27, Page 66, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas and requiring the owner, Annaville Baptist Church of Corpus Christi, Inc., to comply with specified conditions.
3. (18-0198) Motion authorizing four (4) contracts for Representative Services totaling $667,840for providing Construction Inspection Staff Support for Engineering Services.

14. (18-0326) Motion approving a two-year lease agreement for 21 vehicles from Acme AutoLeasing, LLC, North Haven, Connecticut based on the cooperative purchasing agreement withHGACbuy for the total amount not to exceed $272,880 of which $50,000 is budgeted for FY17-18.
15. (18-0333) Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to enter into an outside citylimits water contract, which is attached to this resolution and incorporated herein for allpurposes, with the property owner of Nottingham Acres Unit 2 Subdivision Lot 6 Block 4 toprovide public water to the property located outside the city limits pursuant to Section 55-113of the City Code of Ordinances.

(18-0342) Resolution relating to establishing the City’s intention to reimburse itself for the priorlawful expenditure of funds from the proceeds one or more series of taxable obligations to beissued by the City in an aggregate amount not to exceed $7,500,000 for authorized purposesrelating to constructing various City improvements; authorizing matters incident and relatedthereto; and providing an effective date.
17. (18-0345) Resolution authorizing a one-time purchase two Power Stretchers, two ManualStretchers, two Power Loads and a seven-year Maintenance Agreement from Stryker Medicalof Chicago, Illinois for a total amount not to exceed $117,297.60.
18. (18-0052) Motion to execute a five-year service agreement with Trillion Aviation, Austin, Texas,in the amount of $600,000, for business development services for the Corpus ChristiInternational Airport based on the best value for the City.
