How to Register
Easy online registration is available for all classes at www.smgov.net/reserve. Priority online
registration for Santa Monica Residents runs February 4 (6 am) through February 10. Non-resident
registration opens February 11. To download a registration form, visit www.smgov.net/classes.
Registration forms are accepted via email, fax, mail, or drop off.
Refunds & Transfers
A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refund/transfer requests must be
made in writing to the program supervisor in person or by fax, mail, or email. Refunds and transfers
will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Camp refunds will only
be issued with medical documentation or if requested within 5 calendar days prior to the first
meeting. Refunds will be prorated.
Cancellations
A full refund will be granted if we cancel the program. All dates, times, locations, and instructors are
subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to combine classes as needed or cancel
programs due to insufficient enrollment. Due to the organizational needs of group classes, we are
not able to offer makeups for classes missed by the student.
Material Fees
Material fees are payable to the instructor in cash on the first day of class. Material fees are not
discountable or refundable.
Other City Programs
City classes and camps are also available through 1450 Ocean, CREST, Virginia Avenue Park, the
Swim Center, and Annenberg Beach House. Information on these programs can be found at
