3.2 Consider approval of minutes of the November 9th 2017 Regular Session

4.1 Discuss and consider approving a resolution of the Board of Directors of The Colony CommunityDevelopment Corporation, a Type B community development corporation, finding that the Developer'sobligations required by the Type B corporation Performance Agreement by and between LMGVentures, LLC, TXFM, Inc., and The Colony Community Development Corporation effectiveNovember 15, 2011, have been satisfied, as of the effective date of this Resolution.

4.2 Discuss and consider approving a resolution of the Board of Directors of The Colony CommunityDevelopment Corporation approving an Agreement Regarding Priority of Payments from Tax Increment
