1. Can the City please post the pricing sheet? a. Yes, the pricing sheet is now posted with the answers.
2. Will the bid include appliances? a. No, those will be done separately.
3. The plans indicate that there will be a wheelchair lift. Is that the case and if so, where. Is the lift located.
a. No wheelchair lifts. 4. Are there any pictures of the existing interior space?
a. No 5. Will there be a schedule time to visit the site?
a. A time has not been scheduled for the site visit. 6. The ITB lists that the work will include work to the fire sprinkler system. Is there
an approved vendor that must be used? a. The preferred sprinkler company Fire Sprinkler System - Century Fire
Protection, Ben Colbert, Office – 770-506-2388; Cell# 770-876-3040 7. Is low voltage cabling to be included or is that being handled separately, and if so
by whom? a. The low voltage cabling will be handled by the City of Tucker.
8. The ITB indicates matching the existing doors. What are the type of doors and veneer?
a. Not known at this time. 9. What is the existing key system? Will it be included or handled separately?
a. This will be handled separately by the City of Tucker. 10. Are there specific subcontractors that have to be used?
a. The following subcontractors are approved to work in the building. Contractors will state the subcontractor being used in their proposal. The building property manager or tenant project manager will have to approve use of non-approved subcontractors. The only subcontractor that must be used is Mitec for fire alarm.

11. The document indicates use of roller shades. Where are those located and what is the scope of the shades for inclusion?

13. The included schedule includes only 2 months. This is a short amount of time for award and buildout considering long lead times on some items. Will the City consider lengthening the project timeline?

a. No, the City would not pay for storage. However, that can be included in the bid.
