4. stand up a test instance

    #set up on local machine    git clone git@github.com:codeforamerica/lunch_roulette.git

    cd lunch_roulette    rvm use 1.9.2 

    # optional    bundle install 

    bundle exec rake db:setup 

    rails s

5. kick the tires

    Play with it. 

                            Bend it. 

                                                    Break it.
