Installing PermaTimber® Cladding

With correct installation, PermaTimber® Cladding will provide years of enjoyment. Please ensure you visit www.permatimber.com.au and read the full installation guide prior to and during installation.

Recommended installation is onto battens no less than 77 x 22mm. H3 Treated Timber or steel/aluminium spaced at maximum 600mm spans (centre to centre).

Please Note: » PermaTimber® Cladding must be supported by a BCA compliant

structure. It is not intended for use as columns, support posts,beams, joist stringers or any other primary load-bearingmembers.

» A waterproof membrane / system is to be installed in accordancewith BCA requirements.

» If you have a large project please ensure all materials are orderedtogether, this guarantees that all materials are from the samebatch.

» The customer / installer is responsible for inspecting boards forcolour, finish and any other issues prior to installation.
