    Kisii is a small village nesting on the hilltops near Lake

    Victoria in Western Kenya and is well known for its local

    soapstone, which is often seen in African craft work .

    Kisii brings to the North East a unique flavour and fusion of

    Punjabi, Gurjati and African food . This is based on the

    owners of business being bought up in Kenya

    with the diferent cultures and how they have adapted to

    having traditional Indian food fused with Kenyan African

    style of food and ingredients since 1910. The fusion of

    African and Indian ingredients and spices create a taste ofrich blended sauces and creating a distinctive flavour of its

    own.

    At Kisii , we are a family run business with over 40 years of

    experience in catering. Our unique blend of cuisine is based

    on traditional family recipes passed down from generation to

    generation. The food presented is based on home style

    cooking and is no diferent to what is eaten at home.

    All our food is cooked using natural ingredients and does notinclude any form of additives .

    Kisiis style of cooking is based on freshness and we use

    traditional natural ingredients such as turmeric, ginger ,

    garlic , green chillies, cinnamon and are combined with East

    African ingredients such as corn meal , spinach , kidney
