3. That Defendants have not paid said amount dueto Plaintiff and Plaintiff thus petitions this Court to

order a sale of said premises to recover the cost toPlaintiff.

4. That the order of sale shall be that a public salebe held on said premises on the 24th day of July,2020, at the hour of 9:00 am and notice of such

sale shall be published in a newspaper of generalcirculation in the area. Upon conclusion of the sale,and approval thereof by this Court, the Court shallissue its deed to the successful bidder and credit
