YPR Overview
• Yearly Progress Report (YPR)
• State-level end-of-year report
• Report on program operations for current year
• Propose and submit changes for upcoming year
• Reviewed by DPI consultants
YPR Overview, cont.
• Grantees answer a series of questions about CLC program(s)
• Combination of multiple choice and narrative responses
• Meant to assess program quality and compliance with grant requirements
• Questions vary based on year of operation and answers to conditional questions
• Required of grantees in years 1-5
YPR Logistics
• Completed via online portal: https://webportalapp.com/sp/wdpi
• Link sent to primary contact
• Users who are responsible for multiple sites will see YPR forms for all assigned CLC sites on homepage

• Returning users have existing account and password
• New users need to create password
• Password help: Click “Forgot your password?”
• Use email address on file with DPI
• Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
Using DPI’s Online Portal

Reminders
• Questions marked with a red asterisk are required
• Click “Save” or “Save Draft” before navigating to another page
• Can go back and edit until click “Submit”
YPR Submission
• Portal closes at 4:00 pm on day of deadline
• Must click “Submit”
• All sections must be complete before system will allow user to click “Submit”
• Will receive confirmation email upon submission
• DPI will email PDF copy of YPR within one week of submission
