The Corporate Learning Institute ApproachThe workshop was kicked off with a high-level leader setting the tone with a riveting introduction. The program design included classroom sessions, role plays, hands-on action learning breakouts, and personal coaching sessions.
ResultsThe program evaluation showed that emerging leaders perceived that they increased their self-awareness, leadership skills, and, most importantly, leadership impact.
