Hi-Tech Equipments awarded "Project of the Year 2015 for Standalone DX, Including VRF "

November 24, 2015 : Dubai, UAE: Hi-Tech Equipments Company won the Climate Control Middle East 2015 Award for the "Project of

the Year 2015" for the Standalone DX, Including VRF, in a heavily contended category. The award function was conducted at the

prestigious Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel on the 23rd of November featured the finest of HVAC establishments from across the

GCC and senior executives were in attendance representing all areas including Air Conditioning, District Cooling, Refrigeration and

Ventilation. It is worth mentioning that Hi-Tech Equipments also won the Green Middle East “Best Alternative Energy Project of the

Year” in 2012.

Judges at the event said the winners in each category demonstrated the best trends in the market fulfilling stringent criteria and

where Hi-Tech Equipments category, criteria included the ability to design, forecast customer demands, implement, report

management our solutions, quality, reliability and prompt delivery coupled with after sales and support.

Satish Joshi, Managing Director of Hi-Tech Equipments, collected the award on behalf of the organization and thanked Climate

Control and the judges saying: "it is indeed a proud moment for Hi-Tech Equipments as this award is a true recognition of our

project which involves Design , manufacture, assembly and installation of 3 units of 10 ton split air conditioner which gives energy

to heat water while cooling gymnasium and other part of building. This is like free energy to heat water required for domestic use,

This project is 25 story luxurious residential building with 350 bedrooms in Dubai that belongs to Dr. Khalifa Mohammed

Sulaiman. This project is game changing technology for consumers, consultants who are using and specifying electric heater for

villas, hotels, labor camps, residential and commercial building. This project also demonstrates that electrically heated sanitary &

swimming pool water system can be fully replaced by using heat dissipated by air conditioner or fresh air cooling system in the

atmosphere, Success of this projects is eye opener for designer of green building & electrical power supplying companies,

because this system apart from saving complete energy for water heating it saves the connected load of the building on account of

domestic water heating .This electrical power supply capacity distribution company has to make as per approved building

connected load irrespective of its usage . If this system is installed all over the city of population of 2 million, it can save power

generation of one of the station which will be about 2400 MW per day.
