The earth is becoming hotter as time goes by. This is known as Global Warming.
It is caused by the Greenhouse Effect.
A layer of Greenhouse Gases in the atmosphere allows the suns heat to come though, but due to the thickness of the layer, some heat is trapped. This causes Global Warming.
