a. Undertaken feasibility study for setting up of Maritime University in Gujarat

b. Assisted KPMG Advisory in preparation of comprehensive reports on different

milestones like Inception report, Assessment of Demand Supply Gap in

Manpower requirements, Potential Partnerships, Land Requirement and

Location Assessment, Resource requirement estimation, Governing Structure of

the University etc.

c. Prepared presentations, reports & summary documents as per the requirements

of Client i.e. GPIDCL.

d. Assisted GPIDCL in conducting Stakeholders’ workshops in Mumbai in order to

present and validate our findings & research carried out and also to explore the

ways in which University and Industry can collaborate.

e. Assisted KPMG Advisory in preparation of the Marketing Collateral and Public

Outreach Plan keeping the School Students, Existing College Students, College

Passouts and Maritime Professionals into consideration.

f. Prepared documents such as Agenda & Minutes of Meetings, Proceeding

Successfully submitted Detailed Feasibility Report for establishing Maritime

University in Gujarat; recently, GPIDCL (sponsoring body) got the approval from

Govt. of Gujarat to set up Maritime University in Lothal City of Gujarat.

PROJECTS

Summer Internship at Tribal Cultural Society, (CSR Wing), Tata Steel, Jamshedpur.:

2 Months (April 15th

2013 – June 14th 2013); worked on the project titled “Socio-

Economic Condition of 13 Primitive Tribal Groups (PTG) Villages of East Singhbhum

district”

Worked on Research project “Recruitment and Selection” in Dainik Jagran, Ranchi

under On-the-Job Training, at Graduation Level, for a period of four months (1st July

to 30th

October, 2011).

Participated in 40 days of Rural Camp, conducted Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)

and prepared an integrated livelihood model for the village in order to explore the

options for Livelihood for rural areas and also taught students of urban slums in

Balwadis- kindergarten programme for children in the age group of 3 to 6 years.
