BAD AXE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT TO BID
Sealed bid proposals will be received by Bad Axe Public Schools, located at 200 North Barrie Road, Suite 100, Bad Axe, MI, 48413, by mail or hand delivered until 2:00 p.m. EST, on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 (the “Due Date”) at the Bad Axe Public Schools Administration Offices, 200 North Barrie Road, Suite 100, Bad Axe, MI, 48413. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. Late bids will not be opened, accepted or considered.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Owner’s School Board or the Superintendent of Schools. The Owner will not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid cost shall be submitted with the bid.
