How can I access my Customer Portal? Look for the Login button on the Club Loco page.

How can I change my credit card info? Login to your portal and select Manage under My Subscriptions

Then select Change under your credit card details.

How can I change what’s in my fulfillment? Login to your portal and select Manage under My Subscriptions

Then select Edit under Update Choices.

You’ll be able to fill out the selection survey and change whatever you wish from your prior order. Please note: your change will take effect on your next order. If you make changes on the same day as your order is to be delivered, those changes will apply to your next fulfillment, not the current one.

How can I pause my subscription if I need to skip a fulfillment? You can pause your plan at any time for 1 or 2 fulfillments within your commitment period. Login to your portal and select Manage under My Subscriptions

Then select Pause under Need a Break?

Click on the drop-down menu to choose how long to pause and then select Pause Subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your commitment period. Login to your portal and select Manage under My Subscriptions.

Then select Subscription Settings.

Select Set Subscription to Cancel and then select Confirm.

You’ll see your subscription is set to cancel after your commitment period expires. You can’t cancel your subscription before the commitment period is completed.

How can I change my email address for my account? Login to your portal and select Manage under My Subscriptions.

Then select Account Settings.

From here, select Edit to change your email address. You can also access and change your password from this screen.

How can I change my shipping address? Login to your portal and select Manage under My Subscriptions

How can I review my shipment history or get a copy of a receipt? Login to your portal and select Shipments from the upper navigation menu. You’ll see a list of your shipment history and next to each shipment, you’ll see the status. If you select View Receipt, you’ll open a window with a .pdf version of the receipt, which you can print.
