CMA-CGM Import Documentation procedure for filling import manifest as per HBL details (Applicable for all Nhava-Sheva, Mundra & Pipavav shipments)

Dear Sir /Madam,

In regards of IGM filing against your House B/L documents, you will have to submit following docs to our Nhava Sheva office at least 7 days prior vessel arrival.

1. Master B/L copy ( Full set in original )2. House B/L copy (With a proper IEC code mentioned in CEE column)3. Covering letter on company letterhead with brief details of shipment (for format Refer page no :2 Manifestation Letter Format)4. Manifestation Bond of IGM filling (for format refer page no: 3 :) or Scan or Xerox copy of yearly bond of regular Shipments forwarder (approved by management).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In consideration of declaring the detail of Cma Cgm bill of lading as per House bill of Lading when entering the consignment in the import general manifest (IGM) filed with local customs and port authorities as per the particulars of our house B/L of Lading.We hereby undertake.

To hold you harmless & keep absolved of all claims and custom penalties which may be made up on you due to short / excess landed cargo including cargo with nil markings.

To absolve you of all loses, damages additional costs & expensed which you may suffer now or in future for de-stuffing the goods.

To reimburse all charges incurred on such containers which are rendered idle, due to above reasons.

To attend all queries raised / or settle claims directly with consignees, port custom And / or any other statutory body.

To indemnify you against any other consequences arising out of the action to manifest above cargo as per our request.

To custom clear the Goods within one month of arrival at destination & be responsible for all costs / consequences arising due to failing of clearing the cargo within one month.

In case of LCL shipment, we authorize you to destuff the cargo in your nominated CFS at all our risk & cost. we are fully responsible for any shortage or damage or loss of cargo by any chance by considering our request

If we fail to clear the cargo within two months from the nominated site we shall pay you the cost of containers@ Rs.2,53,000 per 20 container & such Rs4,21,000 per 40 container & also all the costs incurring due to auctioning of cargo.
