    What does the TOPS Program do? Funded by USAID/Food for Peace, the program brings the highest quality information, knowledge, and promising practices in food assistance programming to implementers and donors around the world, empowering them to be more effective and make a lasting impact for millions of the world’s most vulnerable people.

    Who is part of The TOPS Program? Save the Children leads and manages this 7-year (2010-2017), US$30 million award, with the following consortium members: CORE Group, Food for the Hungry, Mercy Corps, and TANGO International.
