• 3rd time: Verbal warning by HOD/PE & CCA +

• 4th time: Issue 1st Letter of Warning

• 5th time: 2nd Letter of Warning + Parents meeting with HOD/PE & CCA
• 6th time: 3rd Letter of Warning (in-house suspension) + Parents meeting with VP
• 7th time: School leaders meet parents to issue in-house suspension letter

•At least Level 2 in one domain and at least Level 3 in another domain; or
•At least Level 4 in one domain.
