1 The Super Fast Start Award is the highest level of the “Fast Start” Awards. For awards with multiple levels, coaches will receive the award associated with the highest level for which they qualify.
2 The Monthly New Client Awards have four different ranks and their respective prize levels. Each month, coaches can earn the highest rank and level for which they qualify. For every month that the coach achieves the same rank, they will advance to the next prize level within that rank. Coaches can qualify for a combination of any of the ranks within the campaign.

Run 5 workshops OR set/run a combo of 10 workshops in the first 2 weeks of the campaign (January 1 - January 18).
Run 10 workshops OR set/run a combo of 15 workshops in the first 4 weeks of the campaign (January 1 - February 1).
At least 5 lives changed in one month during the campaign. $150 will be added to commission check.

3 For “Campaign” Awards, a new coach is eligible as a Rookie until they complete their first full Coaches Camp/Global Summit and Campaign, after which the coach begins their first Veteran Campaign.
4 If the Top Producer - Rookie sells more clients than the Top Producer - Veteran in a campaign, the prize incentive will be switched and the Rookie will receive the higher amount.
5 The Continuing Education Award expires one year after it is issued.

REQUIREMEN T
Minimum of $100,000 in revenue sold within the calendar year. Qualification for additional shareholder levels increase by $100,000 per level. Refer to the “Coaching Division Stock Plan” document.
400 client months in personal production sold within a calendar year.
1,670 client months in combined team and personal production sold within a calendar year. Refer to the “Becoming and Maintaining Partner Status” document. Ongoing minimum requirement: no less than 1,336 client months in consecutive years.
Achieved Partner Status.
• Achieved Partner status OR receiving an “A” coaching score. (Application due by 9/30 each year.)
4,200 client months in cumulative career personal production, as well as 4,200 client months in team production sold within a calendar year, and has achieved Partner Status.
Refer to the “Becoming and Maintaining Senior Partner Status” document. Ongoing minimum requirement: no less than 3,360 client months in team production in consecutive years.
1 “Partner” and “Senior Partner” status are eligibility levels to be considered, but they are granted after a leadership qualifications review and approval from other existing Partners and Senior Partners.
2 Travel Expenses must be turned in prior to December 31st of that year in order to be qualified for reimbursment.
