· This cause having come to hearing on the request of ERIC NEUMANN,
Assistant State's Attorney of Coles County, for the forfeiture of the
following described property to the Coles County Sheriff's Department,
and said property being described as follows:
Item #1. A black Remington 22 rimfire Model 597 rifle with serial #A2617162 and a magazine in it with a round in the chamber.
Item #2. The shotgun was a camo colored 12 gauge Mossberg Model 835 12 gauge with serial #UM233108
And the Court having found that disposition has been reached in the
above entitled cause; the confiscated property is no longer needed for
evidentiary purposes, and no legitimate claim has been made for such
property, and the property having been ordered forfeited ~y the court,
