    • Counseling support – Meet with our CWA counselor at once each semester

    • Contact our CWA counselor as often as you like (face-to-face meeting or by telephone)

    • Evening appointments available Monday through Thursday until 7:00pm

    • Call/leave message for our CWA counselor as often as you like (24/48 hour turnaround)

    – Counselor assists with all forms preparation and submits to A&R

    – Reviews previous transcripts for preliminary transfer credit

    – Prepares your comprehensive Education Plan in Degree Works

    • Education Plan is reviewed with our CWA counselor every semester

    – Prepares and submits your course registration every semester

    – Proactively contacts students who might need assistance with tutoring support

    – Assists with transfer opportunities and requirements

    – Referrals to other college support programs i.e. Promise Program, EOPS, SparkPoint,
