COLORFABRIC KITS are the ultimate combination of the noted Octanorm Maxima Light Exhibit Systemclad with Dye Sub Tensioned Fabric Graphics produced in house by the most professional staff of ColorChrome Atlanta.

The aluminum extrusion is grooved to accept the silicone welt that is sewn into the perimeter of the tensioned fabric graphic. A complete line of functional accessories are available, each accenting the graphic presentation with the perfect solution.

COLORFABRIC KITS are predesigned, off the shelf display solutions. The Kits provide the aluminum structure to showcase your branding graphics and facilitate product presentations.

All components are provided in modulated sizes that enable one to easily alter designs or to expand designs using the same graphic inventory. You are assured of the maximum ROI from your exhibit investment.

Setup is easily accomplished by 1 person in 1 hour per 100 square feet of inline exhibit space.

COLORFABRIC KITS minimizes the use of the exhibit system as a design element and maximizes the visual impact of your branding effort with dye sub fabric graphics. To complete the presentation, you can add profile cut direct to substrates graphic elements that create wings, headers, crowns and standoff graphics to enhance your message.

Careful attention is given the structure’s role in the effort to conceal unsightly elements and to enhance the graphic presentation all the while staying in compliance with the standard show rules and regulations.

COLORFABRIC KITS feature Colorchrome’s extensive in-house imaging solutions. Whether you want a rigid or a light-weight graphic to roll in a tube, we have the answer! In addition to quality high resolution scanning and retouching, we offer a wide variety of printing solutions. Printing options include dye sublimation to fabric, direct to substrate, Giclee fine art, digital photographic, large format vinyl all complete with custom graphic finishing and sewing as required. You can trust Colorchrome to be your first and only choice for visual solutions.

COLORFABRIC KITS are packed in Roto-Molded cases 48” x 48” x 24” or 49” x 26” x 15”. Each case has ball bearing rollers and is stackable. Each packing solution is complete with dye cut foam elements to assure the safe delivery of the contents and is UPS shippable.

COLORFABRIC KITS feature the most functional line of accessories possible and include, profile cut substrates forming wing panels, crown panels, header graphic panels and easily attached standoff graphics.

Product Display Shelving of varying sizes, an array of reception counters, Monitor Mounting Systems for all position applications, Lights, Secured Storage Cabinets in both vertical and horizontal formats complete the solution you desire for your branding effort.

COLORFABRIC KITS use roto-molded cases with heavy duty web straps with quick release buckles. Ball bearing wheels provide easy mobility and each of the cases is stackable.

Case 4840 (empty weight 75#) and Case 4848 (empty weight 65#) ship only by truck while Case 2412 (empty weight 14#) and Case 4925 (empty weight 42#) are UPS shippable.

COLORFABRIC TABLETOP KITSLight weight, yet sturdy, very easily and quickly setup and most importantly features the noted quality of dye-sub graphics for which Colorchrome is noted. Each unit comes with the basic frame structure, stabilizing feet, mounts for unique profile cuts wings and headers and to include all graphic production. Basically designed for a 6’ table presentation these units can be expanded to include a 44” x 88” seamless dye-sub graphic displayed on an 8’ table presentation. Each frame will also accept the welted graphic on both sides of the frame thus expanding the presentation per your desire.

Simple Yet Sturdy SetUp

COLORFABRIC EXHIBIT KITSRanging from simple kiosks to island configurations this kit solution focuses on the tensioned fabric graphic being the primary component. Accessorize as you see fit to complete the desired functionality of all elements of these solutions.

Consider starting out with an inline solution and use the modularity of the kit components to expand to a 10’ x 20’, 10’ x 30’ or 40’ and up to an island configuration without have to create new graphics. Easily create towers by securly stacking standard components.

Finally a frame system that accepts thewelted tensioned fabric and also provides a design element to enhance the graphic presentation.

Light weight and very versatile this unique frame system also allows for the easy attachment of accessories and direct print substrates to expand the presentation.

Consider the option of replacing the top tensioned graphic of a floor standing unit with a Sintra material direct printed substrate thus making the floor standing unit a table or display pedestal or as a counter assembly.

Standard Quotes/Estimates:

Requests for quotes and estimates received by 5p.m. EST will be completed by end of the next day for any and all offerings in this catalog.

Line drawing with desired accessories, recommended case solution and setup drawings will be provided at no charge.

Line drawings reflecting your sample graphics, modifications, expansions or any additional hybrid design elements will be provided at $75 an hour per 10 linear feet of structure.

Should you desire, plans and recommendations for conversion of multiple linear structures to island configurations a $75 per hour charge per 100 sq ft will apply.

Custom Designed Solutions/Estimates:

Working from the Colorchrome Design Survey provided, we will design and engineer the solution you desire at a cost of $75 per hour per 1000 cubic feet of occupied space. I.E. a 20’ x 30’ island using a 16’ ceiling limit equates to 9600 cubic ft divided by 1000 cubic ft = 9.6 x $75 = $720 design fee.

If desired full scale renderings will be prepared for all desired views at a rate of $75 per estimated hour pending you acceptance of the concept drawings.

Note ….. If our design is accepted and you purchase the exhibit structure and the graphics from Colorchrome, 100% of the custom design and rendering fee will be credited against the final accepted quotation.

Each Custom Designed Solution will include completed line drawings, detailed call outs of all components, drawings of crating solutions, all shop labor times, all material costs and exact weights of the system along with an accurate estimate of man hours for installation and dismantle.

Once all information needed to determine the custom solution is in our hands we assure you of a 3 day turn on the completed design, detail, rendering and quotation.
