SKMB Praise & Prayer Please pray for Waldheim M.B Church as they search for a lead pastor. Pray for John Willems who is serving the church as interim lead pastor. During this season, may they be encouraged and unified in their mission of being a gospel witness in Waldheim and area.

Welcome to the season of Lent - this is the first Sunday during that season. If you are fasting, you can technically break the fast on Sunday and resume on Monday. The Lent season is supposed to be forty days between Ash Wednesday and Easter Sunday - to get that number, you need to subtract out all the Sundays. Why is that? Because Sunday is the Lord’s Day and we don’t fast on that day- instead, we celebrate His resurrection! So if you gave up chocolate or coffee (or something else), you are not cheating if you have some on Sunday!

I hope today you’ll stay for our taco lunch following the service. As much as the lunch is a camp fundraiser for West Bank Bible Camp, it is also a chance to connect with each other. If you’re new here - I want to give you a special invite to join us for lunch as well.

Calling All Artists: One of the ways we can worship God is through art. This year we would like to encourage the artists in our church to create art that reflects the cross for Easter. If you have questions, contact Pastor Mike. Art should be submitted by March 29th. Membership & Baptism Classes: We will be offering Membership & Baptism classes Sunday mornings at 9:30am from April 19 - May 10. If you are interested, please contact the office. Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner?: Sign up to have surprise guests into your home, or sign up to be a surprise guest visiting somebody else’s home. Hosts will be given the number of guests that will be visiting them, along with allergies, etc. Bible Reading Plans: There are two different versions of reading plans available at the information desk.
