Kaşık Oyunu or `The Dance of the Spoon 'is typical of the area of Konya and Silifke. It is a dance in which men and women dressed in colorful costumes to producing rhythm with spoons bearing in their hands.

The Carnival of Venice emerges from the tradition of the seventeenth century, where the nobility was disguised to go out and mingle with the people. Since then the masks are the most important element of the carnival. The Carnival of Venice has a duration of 10 days.

Opera was born in Italy around 1600, where he continued to have a dominant role in the history of the genre until today. The most famous composer in all the world are Rossini, Bellini, Donizetti, Verdi and Puccini.
