Scott is responsible for the acquisition and leasing oftargeted real estate sites in Southern California and thecorporate real estate expansion programs for a Fortune20 drugstore chain and other retailers. David is responsible for managing CVS’ expansion inNorthern California and for identifying and developingretail projects for Landmark. David holds a degree inBusiness Economics from Pitzer College, a member ofThe Claremont Colleges.

Favi Rodriguez • Staff Accountant – Joined April 2008

Favi is responsible for LandMark’s corporate accountspayable and receivables along with constructionaccounting for all LandMark projects.

Belle is responsible for collecting and packaging informa-tion for the new development or relocation of client retailstores in Northern California. Additionally, Belle workswith client support administration and consultants to ensurebest practices are maintained and for updating projecttracking databases.

Holly Grzywacz • Director of Development –Promoted February 2009

Holly has been with LandMark since 2006 and is nowresponsible for oversight and management of the projectmanagement division, including managing a team ofproject managers and project coordinators, develop-ment and implementation of policies and procedures,

building and maintaining client and consultant relationships, and involvementin strategic planning. Holly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nature and Culture& Global and International Studies from The University of California at Davis.
