Osmotion’s commercial renovation included demolition, building preparation, construction of bathrooms, offices and roof tops; installation of air conditioning, floor coverings and final fit off. This project ran from March-June 2012.

This project extended from March 2013 - April 2013. This project was carried out whilst venue was still operating.

Demolition and make good of previous tenancy managed by Knight Frank. Supply and construction of high end finish hair salon in the city of Townsville. This project was done in 4 weeks from May 2013 – June 2013.


This full commercial renovation and makeover included project management and construction services in accordance to 9point9 architecture’s design. This project comprised of demolition, full strip out of existing structure, asbestos removal, supply and construct. This project extended from June 2013 – September 2013. This project was carried out whilst the business was still operating.

SHOP 6 COLES THURINGOWA SHOPPING VILLAGE, THURINGOWA DRIVE, KIRWAN, TOWNSVILLE QLD





This Dental Clinic Fitout commenced with a blank canvas at the new Coles Thuringowa. Following a Mark McKibbin design, the entire Fitout – joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting, flooring, equipment installation, air conditioning, glazing, electrical - was completed in just 6 weeks from April 2014 - June 2014.


PROJECT:POWERS FASTENERS

An industrial warehouse fit out for offices and amenities, compiling of nation-wide specifications to adhere to. This project was on a tight time line of 6 weeks including all structural modifications.This project was completed on time and on budget with all high end finishes as per clients request. This project extended from September 2014-October 2014.

Nurture Family Allied Health Centre is a multidisciplinary health care centre, focusing on women’s and paediatric health. This two part project extended from Oct 2014 to Feb 2015 with the first part consisting of a complete strip out and make good of the building. The second part of the project, the fit out and layout, is a product of Cheryl and Lachlan Laing’s design in conjunction with Mark McKibbin drawings. On the ground floor level, within this multidisciplinary health care centre, fit outs were

completed for the following medical specialties:> Pathology > Chiropractic> Psychology > Midwifery> Dietitian > Lactation Consultancy> Occupational Therapy > GP> Speech Pathology> Clinical Pilates & Yoga> Physiotherapy > Baby Unit

In addition, the first floor level, provides completely refurbished amenities and facilities for staff.

“I have much pleasure in writing this Testimonial for the experience I had recently with Rod Johnstone and his Team.

Having recently acquired a building, we set out on the daunting path of finding a contractor to do our construction works.

We spoke with two different firms, Rod Johnstone and another Local firm.

Immediately I felt at ease with the discussions with Rod. He delivered prices and quotes on time as requested. He understood the concept and vision I had for the refit of this rather run down building we had purchased.

The day after we had made our choice of builder, Rod had his tradesmen on –site demolishing walls and ripping down wiring etc.

Supply and installation of a new chemist into an operating shopping centre. This project had to be constructed whilst the chemist was still operating which proved some logistical challenges.Overall the job went really well as a result of high levels of communication and liaising. This was completed in 4 weeks from May 2015 – June 2015, including lead time on joinery.

Supply and installation of a 600m2 gymnasium fit out. Assist with any design requirements to keep the project on time and budget. Liaising with gym equipment supply and installation specialist contractors.

Provide design options for all bathroom amenities to carry a clean professional look throughout the new gym. This project was completed in 6 weeks from June 2015 – August 2015.


PROJECT:BRUMBY’S BAKERY

Shopfront upgrades and alterations to produce a new look requested by Brumby’s Australia. This project was completed in 2 weeks from 1-14 June 2015, including joinery lead time.
