01-978 MIxED MEDIA INTENSIvE WORKSHOP Mixed Media Intensive is for the established painter who seeks to combine mixed media techniques with the completion of paintings from inception to completion. Although we will explore a few new ones including the framework of watercolor, acrylics, stencils, and printmaking, the goal will be to guide the student on the journey of beginning with an idea and seeing a painting completed. Learn-ing how to critique one’s own work will also be a valuable skill covered. If you are a mixed media painter, come join this intensive, talent building class. 01-919 PAINT THE MASTERS WITH KANDINSKYThis six-week evening class will be a study in the history of Kandinsky, his artistic infl uence, and his various styles of painting. Although primarily an oil painter, we will use acrylics and watercolors to learn and practice the combination of color, line, and geometry in the spatial sense while we read and discuss his text “Concerning the Spiritual in Art.” This class will be for the intermediate to advanced painter and those wishing to delve into the life of one of the master painters while using his style to defi ne their own artistic vision. The class will be thought provoking as well as skill building for painters and thinkers alike. 3. After the seven days and before the second class the student will be given a 75% refund.

4. The student must request ALL refunds. Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day. When you call, give the name of the class, the class site, your name, the student’s name, and the telephone number where you can be reached between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A member of our staff will return your call the following business day.

5. After the second class no refunds will be given.

6. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, the full class fee will be refunded
