Each of the beneficiary has been tracked and we made continue follow up for learning assessment and organize the pro-gram for community.
In the project, we focused on skill and knowledge building and behavior change of the community. It is im-portant to know the project benefi-ciaries not very nicely literate and most of are illiterate. We used adult learning tools in all training and capacity building initiatives. Each training has been conducted in twice and thrice and as per need and after assess-ment of commu-nity knowledge.
The project sustainable livelihood around protected forest area has been completed five years of implementa-tion with 300+ tribal families, third and final phase of the project has been started from April 2019.
The project has becomes very suc-cessful project of the organization in ensuring sustainable livelihood of tribal (Gond and Baiga) community. There are many stories of the tribal families who have been ensured their family income through various project activi-ties i.e. Horticulture crop, paddy culti-vation,
Through the project we have collect-ed more than 40 varieties of tradition-al paddy seeds and intensifying these seeds to own and control. In 2019 the farmers have intensify 4 types of Pad-dy seed. JEERAPHUL one of the local variety of paddy seed, this seed has been intensified nicely and now this seed is available with more than 100
farmers, they do not need to purchase from anywhere. Project has promoted farmers to adopt SRI technique for paddy cultivation. Through this tech-nique our families now nicely learnt the process of SRI and taking good production of rice. The project bene-ficiaries becoming expert on using of SRI technique. Through the various and continue trainings more than 200 farmers has been train on SRI techniques, there is 50% women who has been train. After making to efforts in last five years this has been es-tablished with in the community. Now our project beneficiaries shar-ing their experiences to other famers,

They proudly sharing their experiences, i.e. Budhram says that he has been increase paddy culti-vation area using SRI techniques from 1 kg. paddy to 50 kg paddy seeds. And he proudly sharing that his production has been increased, It is also im-portant to know, the these produc-

Which they understand that they are playing role to keep their land fertile and their part for keeping the world sustainable.

In this five year cycle the federation of EWR’s has been empowered nicely. The women feels strong and with full of confi-dence. 5 years ago when the project was started there was problem with communicate with EWR. They were hesitating to share their views, thoughts and feelings but now there are many women leaders emerged in federation who can lead in their own panchayat and community. This year the process again starts, to establish them as leader and to promote more potential leaders for next coming Panchayat election process. These women have done very effective works in their panchayat and in differ-ent areas of social development, they have playing very effective role to ensure social security and schemes
and program implementation in their own panchayat and village, they are focusing to sit together and prepare of plan and they understand importance of gram sabha. Most important being a Panch they have initiated more and more work in their ward. They have

School run by CDC in small village called GARHI since last 2004. As the school is not profit making status. We provides different opportunity to stu-dents for learning and express them-selves. This year there was 10 stu-dents in class 10th and all have passed with good percentage, five of students obtained more than 80%, Which shows the hard work of school staffs.
The UTKARSH Vidhyalaya serves for local children’s, there is majority of ST students, who comes from different villages, and their local dialect is Gon-di, We decided to teach the students in their own mother tongue for KG 1 to class 2nd, School has started to work on developing TLM in local lan-guage than state language Hindi and finally we go to English. This year An-nual function also organize in the month of Feb.2019, This event called BAAL MAHOTSAVA, Also one day Picnic also organize with CHILDLINE Team in Balaghat, There was lots of

Primary Education is one of the more prioritize and core issue of the organi-zation. There is lots of problem in this sector, everyone is aware about edu-cation in tribal area, Where there school exist but lots of concerns about good education, learning capaci-ties and many more, one another issue is retention of children in school. Dropout and some more issues in education at primary level. It has been experienced that, in past few years Govt. has also concern about all these issues and trying to work. In tribal areas schools exists but there is no other facilities for teachers i.e. no housing facility available for teacher, poor communication or transporta-tion facilities etc.
All of these there is one major hurdle for children’s of tribal community, which is language. Everyone using mother tongue at home and commu-nity level. The child coming to the
school with his communication lan-guage, in our context the mother tongue is GONDI, this language is very simple and many of the words coming from different other dialects i.e. Chhattisgarhi, Khadi boli, and sometime there is English word also. When a child of 6 year old, come to school, teacher and other’s using state language HINDI, than the struggle starts with children. Language is one big hurdle for a child to learn and understand proper. The child could not imagine and communicate
in Hindi because he do not knowing the most of the word, therefor the child is in fearing, shying and hesitates to communicate. The project MOR GAON KE ESKUL will be work on MTB-MLE Mother Tongue Based Mul-tilingual Education. In partnership with NEG-FIRE this project will works with Gond community and NEG has al-
ready developed few TLM and oth-er learning materi-al which will be used in the project and focus on An-ganwadi and 1st and 2nd class stu-dents. Most im-portant, mobilizing local community for primary educa-tion, CDC will works with SMC,MC, VEC
and community leaders.
SMC (School Management Commit-tee) has been formed as per Govt. rules in project villages with the sup-port of teachers. After formation of SMC, 3 round training has been con-ducted by the organization on rules, role and responsibilities and most important, during the training, each SMC has develop an action plan for their school, and what they have vi-sion to develop the school. This train-ing has been facilitated in participatory ways.
