Expressing Yourself Through Art: Come have fun as we get those creative juices flowing! Make art that represents our personal recovery journey. Art activities can enhance each person’s emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical well-being. Everyone has unique gifts and talents to share and inspire others.

Fun and Games: This is STAND’s family game afternoon. We will have a variety of board games to choose from and welcome fun and friendly competition.

The Power of Positive Language: Words are very powerful and can help or hinder your recovery. Find ways to communicate with loved ones that focuses on their unique strengths and abilities. A person is much more than their diagnosis. Positive language creates a place for recovery to grow.

Recovery Cinema: Come join us in watching movies that educate,

inspire, and promote recovery.

Survival Strategies for the Holidays #1: Managing Stress: Ahhh, the

Holidays. Time for joy, celebration, family, and STRESS. This

workshop will explore ways to keep your stress levels in check as you

face this most wonderful time of year.

often serve to remind us of loved ones who are not longer with us,

and often times there is grief over the loss which intensifies during

the end of the year. In this workshop, you will examine ways to

bring about true celebration and honor to your lost loved ones.

Wellness and Empowerment in Life and Living (WELL): Join us in
