ACKNOWLEDGEMENTWith immense pleasure we would like to present this report onthe project assignment of Community Saving Accounting SystemCommunity Saving Accounting System. We are thankful to all that have helped us for the project and for providingvaluable guidance throughout our project work. We owe deep gratitude toa number of people who have guided, inspired and motivated us. So we take this opportunity to thank all of them. This endeavor of us has given us insight into the various aspects of the software implementation inPractical applications. It has given us a hand on experience which wecould not have gained from all the books of the world. Our sincere thanksto Ms.Sejal Haweliwala and Mr. MaulikSir for molding our thoughts and vision towards this subject. We also thankful to my sir Mr. Manoj Kathiriya who helps us in completing our project work. We appreciate there concern and interest regarding the project. There words of advice helped us a great deal during project. We are very much thankful to all thestaff members of computer department who have proved to be a constant motivation for the knowledge acquisition and morale support during the project.
Introduction to ProjectThe main motto of the system Community Saving Accounting SystemCommunity Saving Accounting System
” is to do purchase and sales of products computerized. The Community Saving Accounting SystemCommunity Saving Accounting System
” maintain the stock detail, product detail, company detail, customer detail, purchase detail and sales detail. It also maintain the purchase, sales, purchase return and sales return reports. It is an “Desktop based System or Application”.The main objective behind this system is to maintain the stock and generate the bill computerized which was generated manually in past.Due to this reason the work overload became less and the work done fast and get accurate result. This system use concept of user friendly rather than developer friendly.
Project Profile (System Specification)•Project Title: Community Saving Accounting SystemCommunity Saving Accounting System
•Objective:- Maintain the Account individually•Organization:- Association•Project Guide (Internal) :- Ms.Bhavesh Sir• Mrs.Bhumika Arora
•Project Members:- Ghanchi m. iliyas A.
•Hardware Configuration:- p4, 512 MB of RAM•Back End:- Access •Front End:- visual studio 2005 vb•Language:- vb.net•Operating System Server:- Windows XP

Overview of proposed systemThe manual system of organization is to be computerized in order to overcome the problem, which affects the existing manual system. There are many activities that can be computerized in this widely spread organization. The important reason is to make work easy. Computerizing the existing system with the help of some programming language ,database package ease the work of the system up to a great extent. In the computerized system, the first screen of the system would be a list of menus. After the transaction is completed the user can log in the system. . System should be able to create various type of report. There is no interaction with any other system. Saves the time and manpower. Generate good future advancement. Economical and time saving.
Objective of proposed system•Through system you can take quickly decision.•The system should be able to create and maintain data of each
and every user.Easily maintain the Account individaly•Generation of periodic report.• Availability of brand and stock details.•The main objective of the system is to do account individual computerized.Reduces the necessary manual work and save the time.•Easy information storage and retrieval.•To perform and monitor the entire problem efficiently and accurately.
Features of proposed system
•Get accuracy in long calculation or in payment of purchase or sales product.Main feature is that different type of reports generated •Due to high speed and accuracy, the result are excepted to be received in a very short time.•It increase security, speed, storing and accuracy of system.•Managing and maintaining the data becomes easier.•It decrease manpower and also reduce high cost.•Interactive processing.•Menu driven and user’s friendly system.•Different types of reports generated.•Avoid the duplication of information.•The system provides security for the data by keeping validation.
Advantages of proposed system•Manual work has to be reduced and result to be received quickly.•To speed up the operation and decrease manpower and high cost.•Increase security, speed, storing and accuracy.•very high speed and saving a lot of time.•Free information flow.•Easy availability of technology.•Higher level commitment.•Application scalability, High performance.•Developing the value system around competition.•Easy and fast retrieval of information.•More efficient operation and well Designed report.•Information about the available stock.•Faster and accurate reporting.•The system will also ensure integrity of the data.•It will facilitate faster retrieval of user information, which saves time.
Process model Various process model are used in the market like waterfall model, V-process
model and spiral model. We have use waterfall processing model for our system. This is the ‘classical’ model of system development that is also known as the one-
shot or once-through model. Here is a sequence of activities working from top to bottom. The scope of the waterfall model should be downwards, with the possibility of just
a little splashing back. We have used this model in our project because it is easily to implement.First we have gather user requirement then we do some analysis on that, then we design system and program, then we have done coding and then testing and finally
weoperate our project to get some specific outcomes.Basically we have chosen this model because it is an straight forward processing approach and easily to understood and manage.

Our architecture is of two-tier:Client
Preliminary investigationAt preliminary stage we have done investigationabout to select the project. At preliminary stage following things we have investigate for project:-•We have select project after long search.•We have gather information about the project.•We have identify the scope, objective and future enhancement of project.•We analysis project characteristic and its infrastructure.•We gather resources which are to be used in project.•After gathering resources we have allocate that resources in the project.•We identify risk and activities related to that risk.
Feasibility studyFeasibility study is the study of the system to checkwhether the system made is feasible or not. It is very useful to check whether the system work as per the requirement or not. It is undertaken to determine the possibility of the probability of developing completely new system. Need of the feasibility study:-Answer the question whether the new system is to be developedor not or define the problem and objectives involved? Is the cost incurred in the development of the system of thejustified? There are basically three types of feasibility they are as follows,
•Technical Feasibility.•Economic Feasibility.
•Operational Feasibility.
Technical FeasibilityTechnically the systems configuration should be lesscomplex. Here, for Software system technical feasibility system means technically it should be comfortable for further maintenance. The necessary technology i.e. front end developments tools, back end development tools to develop the system are already exist in the organization. The front-end tool visiual studio 2005(vb.net) and back-end tool access is easily compatible existing hardware configuration.
Economic FeasibilityFor declaring the system is economical feasible, the benefits obtained from the system has to be rated against the cost incurred to actually develop the system. As all the tools required for the development of the system are readily available in the organization, no extra costs behind purchasing those tools are incurred.According to the concept of economical study the system should be completed with minimum cost. This is the most important factor for any system.
Proposed project are beneficial only if they can be turned into information systems that will meet the organization’s operating requirements. The system will work when it is developed and installed and there are no major barriers to its implementation within the organization. The system should be easy to operate by the system user. The user should be given operating manual about the system.
Operational feasibility
User requirement
• User has the operating system Windows XP install
in there computer.
• User should have Processor, Pentium III & IV.
• User computer should have the memory space up-to 256
• MB with the speed of 350 MHz and hard-disk up-to 2.5 GB.
System requirementSoftware Requirements:
•Front End Tool: visial studio 2005 (vb.net)•Back End Tool: access•Operating Systems: Windows XP
Hardware Requirements:•Windows XP•Processor: Pentium III & IV•Speed: 350 MHz•RAM: 256 MB•Hard Disk: 2.5 GB
