On Tuesday, June 2, the Southwest Service Center will be open by appointment only for resident access to three services:
First-time/conversion DC license/ID card (including learner permit)
First-time/conversion DC vehicle titling/registration
Knowledge test
There will be no vehicle inspection or road tests offered at this time. Other DMV services remain available online.

Slows streets will support neighborhood-based social distancing by limiting through traffic and lowering speeds in areas with heavy foot and bicycle traffic.
Identified roads will be limited to local traffic only, meaning destinations within two blocks, and the speed limit will be set at 15 mph.
