Meetings were held with school district and public library representatives on January 14 and March 5.
An ERVING presentation on technology nights was attended on February 7.
E-mail correspondence was used for communication between meeting dates.
Getting the word out!
Posters: Approximately 25 posters were on display in all school district buildings and throughout the communities of Birnamwood, Wittenberg, Eland and Elderon. Flyers were sent to Birnamwood Village Board members, Wittenberg Birnamwood school board members, and appeared in March newsletters sent home with all students in the school district. Bookmarks were distributed at the Birnamwood library and high school library, to all juniors and seniors students at the high school, and to all teachers.

Newspaper coverage: Front page coverage about the evening was provided by the Wittenberg Enterprise. It also appeared twice in the weekly Birnamwood public library column “Books and Stuff.”
