1. Forward As we all know, South Africa has a unique economic climate which demands

2. Introduction

HDPE Welding & Installation Specialists S.A has been established in 2011 and

has been actively involved in the security, construction, industrial, mining and engineering industry

Our focus is to supply quality service, products with competitive prices to our clients.

Industrial and Mining

Pipes and Related Products – we supply HDPE, PP, U-PVC, M-PVC and steel pipes as well as all the fittings for these pipes. We also do

manufacturing of special fittings and manifolds on high density polyethylene, polypropylene and steel pipes. We are fully mobile and do site work on all piping and installation. We have machinery to do – butt

welding from 63mm to 630mm, Electro fusion welding up to 1000mm, extrusion welding to weld sheets of HDPE, PP, PVC and any other related

products.

PVC Fabrications – pressure applications, Upvc class 9 and class 16,

Victaulic ended fittings class 9 and class 16

HDPE Fabrications – segmented and seamless bends, tee’s, laterals,

reducing bushes, stubs

HDPE Pressure Pipes – HDPE pipes in a variety of applications in mining,

industrial, agricultural and municipal. Because a good HDPE is also used in chemical waste and slurry applications. It has a lot of features and benefits

such as greater flexibility that translates to ease of installation and fewer joints, long lengths of up to 100 meters, UV resistant, several jointing

methods, high abrasive resistant, low mass, smooth bore, corrosion resistant, compatibility with other materials

Dura fuse Electro fusion and Butt-Fusion – these fittings are offered by

GPS part of the Alexis Group, the largest manufacturer and supplier of quality solutions. As global specialist in polyethylene (PE) systems for the

transportation of gas, water fluids Dura fuse have over 50 reas of experience developing plastic fittings for low and medium pressure

applications. Why choose polyethylene? Its light weight, non corrible, flexible, smooth internal bore, excellent chemical resistant and great insulation characteristics.

Cast Iron Fittings – range of SABS certified cast iron fittings for use with

UPVC and MPVC pressure pipes

Galvanised Fittings – for a wide range of applications.

PVC Pressure Pipes – UPVC and MPVC have for many years been

successful in mining, irrigation and industrial applications. Its features and benefits include – low mass, corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant, smooth

bore and wavisafe Z-lock joints

Cascade Clamps – is a wide selection of quality mains water pipe fittings

for joining, repairing, hot tapping and flow control on all common pipe materials. Products range from under pressure tees, pipe repair clamps,

flange adaptors, universal coupling, studded flange converters ext to clients specifications.

Pumps & Mechanical Seals – supply and repairs on all centrifugal and

submersible pumps for the transfer of water and slurry. We also supply and fit all types of mechanical seals.

Valves & Actuators – ball valves, gate valves, none return valves, butterfly

valves, foot valves, cast iron, brass and stainless steel. Supply and fit

actuator valves.

the interests and needs of all our clients and community to the best of our ability.

4. Mission Statement

To develop and expand the demand for our services and to identify and develop new market opportunities which would benefit our stakeholders and other affiliated companies.

5. Strategic Objectives

Promoting our products as a cost effective alternative where its use is

deemed appropriate. Providing sound technical advice and assistance for clients and prospective

clients and also recommending alternative methods where appropriate. Identifying and investigating potential new applications for our products.

Participating in development projects by providing financial, technical and

practical support. Implementing and identifying new methods of quality control during

fabrication and installation of all products. Providing training and education for staff, labourers and other developing

companies and their affiliates to ensure that the technical expertise and skills essential in developing a company with a high quality standard and

efficiency of service is met.

6. Health & Safety

As per the national health and safety acts and procedures, our company is dedicated to ensure that all our stakeholders and employees do adhere to the

rules and regulations that has been set forth by law and various other institutions to make sure these rules and regulations do get applied efficiently to

create and healthy and injury free environment for all our members, employees and stakeholders within specific projects.

7. Quality Control

Our company has a comprehensive quality control programme to ensure that the

final product that we deliver to all our clients does meet the requirements and complies with the ISO9001/2000 standards. All our employees are pertinently

informed and educated in preventative measures to ensure that the final product is of a high quality and conform to the demanded standards of our individual clients.

8. BBBEE Policy

As per the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 and the BBBEE Act 53 of 2003 it is our companies duty and responsibility towards the greater government drive and

the up liftmen and well being of our community to follow the vision of skills transfer and developing and empowering previous disadvantage individuals to

allow them to positively contribute towards the total up lift mend of all people in South Africa. We strive to adhere within the BBBEE framework as much as practically possible to ensure that the spreading of skills and wealth do

predominantly benefit those disadvantaged individuals who needs it most.

9. Social Responsibility

It is our duty to invest part of our profits back to the local community and also help them with proper skills transfer who would contribute to sustainable growth

and self empowerment of individuals. Our company has got well developed supporting structures where we assist emerging black companies financially, practically and technically to help them grow into their very own individual

entities that will be capable of supporting themselves in the long run and also positively contribute at developing and empowering other emerging companies in
