CEC CELL C PROCUREMENT In 2015 3G Mobile entered into a partnership agreement with various key stakeholders, which

also includes an exciting partnership with one of South Africa’s leading Banks, Investec.

This new found partnership led to the innovative formation of a brand new company called

CEC (CEC is 100% owned by 3G Mobile).

CEC has since become the official procurement arm and finance house for Cell C (the third

biggest network Operator in South Africa) on its mobile handset and tablets.

2016 will mark an even more exciting era in 3G Mobile’s history with a Stock Exchange listing

planned for June 2016. This will result in an expected market capitalization of $267M.

7 Day OBF Client receives a new device. Device with a fault within the 12 month warranty
