ABOUT USOur name says it all, Alusani® means ‘helping to build and grow’ in Tshivenda, and we believe that our training courses do just that for both your Course Participants and organisation as a whole. Our short courses are not run-of-the-mill, because we do things a little differently than other training companies you may have worked with in the past.

We research skills gaps and from there we then design and develop all of our training courses in great detail with one aim in mind - to help you take your Course Participants and your company to the next level. Having this capability in-house allows us to conduct an in-depth training needs analysis, pinpoint urgent skills gaps and design practical learning modules which are highly relevant to your working environment.

ABOUT OUR PUBLIC TRAINING COURSESOur public training courses provide a quick and easy way for an individual or a small team to quickly get up-to-speed on specific skills sets. These courses are scheduled throughout the year and are held in professional training facilities across the length and breadth of South Africa.

We also run public training courses from time-to-time in Botswana, Ghana, Namibia, Zambia and Lesotho.

ABOUT OUR ONSITE/IN-HOUSE TRAINING OPTIONSThis option provides a more economic and convenient training solution for companies with 8 or more Course Participants. Any of our training courses can be supplied off-the-shelf or they can be customised to meet the unique needs of your team. Our Corporate Account Executives are uniquely qualified to help you and they take all of the guesswork and worrying out of the equation.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENTPOST COURSE SUPPORTFrom our extensive experience in training provision, we have realised that the learning experience should extend beyond the time in the actual classroom.

We realise that our training courses cover vast areas of subject matter and that inevitably questions will arise after the training course.

Typically after a short-course, you return to the workplace pressured by missed work time and faced with email overflowing from your inbox. The course reference manual gets put on the shelf and rarely gets opened again. In order to support the transition and implementation of the course learnings, we offer Post-Course Support.

For each course that you attend you will receive monthly emails for 12 months after the course which include reminders about specific course content, bonus material and limited email access to the Course Leader to clarify specific course content.

WEBINARSWe have also introduced scheduled and interactive Webinar sessions between our Course Leaders and our Course Participants as an additional feature of our Post-Course Support process.

The Webinars are topic-driven and you will have a chance to participate in the Q & A session directly after the presentation with our expert Course Leader.

The Webinars are exclusive to Alusani Skills & Training Network® past Course Participants only. An invitation to register for the Webinar will be sent to you closer to the date, this invitation will also include the topic and the detailed talking points as well as the registration link.

CPD ACTIVITIESAt Alusani Skills & Training Network® we offer professionals involved in the engineering, maintenance and construction disciplines on-going access to Continued Professional Development (CPD) through our short courses. Our courses make it easy for anyone involved in the engineering, maintenance, construction or related professions to maintain their professional registration while at the same time staying abreast of developments and advancements within their respective fields of practice.

All of our engineering, maintenance and construction related courses are accredited through SAICE. As SAICE is a recognised Voluntary Association (VA) of ECSA, this means that you can be assured that any of our training courses approved for CPD by SAICE will automatically be accepted by ECSA.

In addition, some of our training courses are also accreditated with the SACPCMP, ASAQS, SACAP, SAIOSH as well as with SACNASP.
