About Shah Infra Towers Pvt. Ltd was established in 2009 with an objective to provide whole range of towers & structure required for Tele-communication, Transmission, Wind, Broadcast Towers, Railway Structures, communication, Transmission, Wind, Broadcast Towers, Railway Structures, Solar Structures, Wind Monitoring System, Solar Tracking System etc.

With a state-of-the-art plant at Davangere in Karnataka, we are capable of fabricating and galvanizing over 24,000 metric tons of tower material.

With a view to being a green unit, we have employed various systems to control, reduce and eliminate the influence of effluent waste from our production process.

Our galvanizing tanks are lined with PP sheets so as to provide impermeability. This restricts the leakage of any acid into the soil. We

We have employed suction lips on the top of the acid tanks and zinc bath which draw the acid and zinc fumes and channelize them to a 25 meter high chimney. We also have employed a complete effluent management system which ensures that water discharge from the plant is as per the standards specified by the pollution control authorities.

Prototype Design

Towers are manufactured as per the approved drawings, bill of materials and shop floor

Design drawings, bill of materials and shop floor sketches. Prototype tower assembly is done for each type of tower, leg & body extension and offered for inspection and acceptance.

If necessary, correction or modification of drawings to include as built improvements are integrated. Proto corrected drawings are resubmitted for final approval. Mass production resubmitted for final approval. Mass production is taken up only after receiving the approval for prototype structures.
