BIMProcessManagement

We began with the development of consultant’s existing design

BIMmodelsandupgradedthemtodetailed LOD400BIM models

for construction process. A 4D BIM construction sequence was

developed to review the construction process. Conflicts

between multiple services were resolved and Design changes

were managed intothe BIM environment.

Shop drawings were produced followed by recording As-built

conditions. We are currently upgrading the BIM models to

further beusedfor FacilityManagementandAssetManagement

usingCOBie.

Architecture consultants of this project

were required to produce clash free

documentation to reduce potential on-

site construction issues. We createdthe

BIM models of Plumbing, Sanitary and

HVAC using the 60% CD PDFs, detected

multi-service clashes and resolved

those clashes for effective

constructability.
