1 - idea + planningThe first step is that flash of insight, the idea. Once an entrepreneur has an idea we recommend they compile details by answering some of the following questions.

One of the most important questions to ask is what is the budget. As you might suspect the more complex an app is the more it will cost to build.
But apps offering more functionality also have the potential to offer higher returns.

In our case, when a new client reaches out to us we introduce them to an account manager.
The first step after the initial contact is to exchange an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) which protects the client's idea.
We understand how important intellectual property is.
4 - FORMAL ESTIMATE
A formal estimate then put together and presented to the client. Clients can either accept the cost or make adjustments to the functionality in order to better fit the budget they had in mind.
Upon reaching an agreement everything gets spilled out on a detailed statement of work, the cost for each portion of the development are laid out so a client can see where resources are being allocated.
5 - DESIGN / UX / WIREFRAMING
This is the stage where we dig into the graphic design work. We work with the client to finalize the wireframes and UX work.
These wireframes will be the blueprints of your app and will lay the foundation for your future interface and structure of your application
Once we have all the design work ready we can then move onto the app development stage.
The actual programming is assigned to expert coders in client’s choice of operating systems.
Our project managers and account managers keep in touch with the clients and give them updates at certain milestones like UI design and initial builds.
6 - development

Meanwhile, our testers constantly test the app to make sure the app is functioning as expected.
8 - App store submission
When the app is complete the project managers work with the client to submit the app to the appropriate app stores.
9 - support - maintenance
Then there is generally a month of free support period where we fix any errors or bugs early users pinpoint.
