Executive SummaryAll cookies, consents, and privacy risks in one single place

The Compliance Dashboard’s Executive Summary gives you an easy and quick overview of all your domains’ cookies, consent solutions and risks. Choose a consent solution or domain from the drop-down menu and get an overview of consent rates, number of cookies, cookie categories and which cookies pose a privacy risk to your privacy policy.

This way, you can quickly identify new or unclassified cookies, or other privacy risks that should be addressed.





Insights into cookies, consents, & domains

Whether you have one consent solution for multi-ple domains or multiple consent solutions for all your domains, Domain Insight lets you quickly control how many cookies your websites use; what category of cookies they are; and whether they are set by your own domain or by third parties.

In Consent Insight you can see which consent solutions have the highest consent rates, i.e. users accepting cookies. At the same time, you can see if your visitors opt out of cookies of a certain type, these could be marketing cookies.

With Cookie Insight, you can find a specific cookie across all your domains. It is important to be able to find the cookies which pose a privacy risk. We continu-ously scan your domains for new cookies.

Do your cookies track longer than 13 months?

According to the GDPR, cookies must have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. Then the cookie has to delete itself. However, some cookies have a lifespan which exceeds 13 months. Privacy Risks Expiration gives you an insight into which cookies do not meet the GDPR lifespan requirements.

A cookie’s lifetime is determined when it is developed and cannot be changed. All data about your cookies’ lifespan is found by our scanner.

Almost all websites have cookies with a lifespan beyond the legal 13 months





Unclassified CookiesFind & identify unclassified cookies

What is an unclassified cookie? It is a cookie we have not yet encountered. Such a cookie needs to be clas-sified so that your users know who collects data about their visit on your site and for what purposes this data is used. Privacy Risks Unclassified gives you control of the cookies on your consent solutions or domains which have not yet been classified.

This way you can easily classify them and inform your users about who receives the data.
